Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior IT Technical Recruiter to fill a key role. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies in Latin America.
About the Role:
* Manage the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
* Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using strategic sourcing techniques.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates efficiently.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven ability to recruit for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and modern ATS systems.
