Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Opportunity to Grow to Head of Marketing)
Hi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go! Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. Instead of writing a fast‑paced, bullet‑pointed post with words such as driven, team player, high performer, etc., I thought I would give it a go at simply writing the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Growth Marketer with Go! Running Tours.
Maybe no one will reply. Maybe many will. I just need one really good one! So let’s start. Our new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all our marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our current markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Research new markets, technologies, and trends to inform growth initiatives.
Own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns and initiatives, scaling successful pilots across destinations.
Fill gaps and drive initiatives forward with a willingness to experiment, learn, and scale what works.

Fast mover with a structured, analytical mindset.
Creative copywriter who can see opportunities and connect B2C and B2B audiences.
Detail oriented, highly collaborative, and driven to grow both the business and oneself.
Execution‑focused: able to deliver and scale results.

Remote work with 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week; the majority of time reserved for deep work.
