The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical toolkit and research expertise to lead an automotive UX study in São Paulo. As a project manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating day-to-day study operations, assisting in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and providing light device/IT support.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-moving project, collaborating with distributed teammates from the US, Brazil, and India. The selected candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in project management, coordination, and research execution, as well as contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Coordination: Build and own the project plan, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Field & Research Execution: Moderate in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Technical & Logistics Support: Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; document and iterate on SOPs and data ingestion for future Brazil-based studies.
Requirements:
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar experience.
* Comfort diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, project-management suite (Asana/JIRA), basic spreadsheets.
