The Senior Manager, Shared Services Center is responsible for overseeing COFCO's transactional processes in areas such as accounting, tax calculation, and consumer account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop effective strategies aligned with business objectives to drive efficient service delivery.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in SSC processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Manage the calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Ensure control of service contracts, leases, and similar agreements from receipt to termination.
* Manage COFCO's financial control involving Accounts Payable and Receivable operations and ensure write-offs and controls.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields along with MBA/Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Financial Management, and People Management.
Over 7 years of experience in SSC is required with a focus on multinational companies in the agribusiness sector.
