The ideal candidate will effectively blend client communication, data-driven performance management, and coordination with internal teams to maintain seamless operations from onboarding to continuous optimization.
* Be the primary point of contact for each clinic client, maintaining daily communication through calls, emails, and texts to keep them informed and build trust via responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency.
* Lead new clients through setup, guaranteeing tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured, and setting expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what strong performance looks like.
* Daily review ad and funnel performance, track metrics such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate, and identify drops or issues early, suggesting actionable fixes.
