We are seeking a highly skilledSAP Basis Expertto lead and execute complex SAP system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and landscape optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in SAP Basis, strong architectural understanding, and hands-on experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities Bringhands-on SAP Basis experience. Plan and executeSAP system upgrades(NetWeaver, EHP, SPS, Kernel) across development, QA, and production environments. LeadSAP S/4HANA system conversions from ECC, including: Pre-checks Simplification item analysis Custom code remediation Utilize SAP tools such as: SUM (Software Update Manager) Maintenance Planner DMO (Database Migration Option) SPAM/SAINT Performsystem updates ,system copies, andclient copies. ExecuteOS/DB migrations ,Unicode conversions, andSAP HANA database upgrades. Conduct mock conversions, dry runs, and support cutover planning for production migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility, readiness, and successful project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after upgrades/migrations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of upgrade/conversion procedures and lessons learned. Stay up to date with SAP's roadmap, release strategies, tools, and best practices. ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) experienceis considered a strong advantage. Availability towork from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m .>>>>> What do we offer?
