Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Development Lead to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
* Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Provide solutions that utilize most out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.
This role requires a strong understanding of automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
