IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
