Scrum Master Role
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our product and engineering team.
About the Opportunity
This is a long-term project requiring a professional who can work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating closely with Agile leadership. The successful candidate will support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify escalate and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed global teams
