Business Insights Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to communicate complex insights effectively.
The Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing ecommerce and marketing data, identifying trends in conversion and customer behavior, and supporting leadership with clear recommendations.
* Build dashboards & projection tools using SQL & Excel/Google Sheets
* Analyze ecommerce & marketing data from Shopify, ads, reviews
* Identify trends in conversion, retention, customer behavior
