We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client accounts, including API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline, and WebShopping Account within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Aquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications – Position Requirements:
* Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to establish successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
