Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Lajeado, RS, for a Healthcare Specialist at RSData. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing high‑standard healthcare services, implementing and maintaining safety and health protocols, coordinating medical training sessions, and collaborating with diverse teams to address workplace healthcare needs. The role also involves effective communication to ensure compliance with occupational health standards and provide adequate support for workplace safety programs.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices, Medicine, and general Healthcare knowledge.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to educate and coordinate with teams effectively.
Experience in developing and delivering Training programs related to workplace health and safety.
Ability to analyze and apply safety and health regulations appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Healthcare, Occupational Safety, or a related field are preferred.
Previous experience in occupational safety or healthcare roles is a strong asset.
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
