)Monitoring and updating shipment schedules to customers in a timely mannerFollowing up on payment deposits and L/C to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standardEffectively requesting and following up on required documents for shipmentsWorking closely with the Sales team in Hong Kong on daily sales administrative, operational, and clerical dutiesSupporting all ad hoc sales-related tasksQualifications:Highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detail, proactive, strong execution, and learning agilityStrong business acumen, mature, self-motivatedHigh School graduate or above2 years' sales operation related experience, with hands-on solid experience handling shipmentsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin; ability in other Asian languages is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, preferably with experience using ERP systems (Oracle)Immediately available is highly preferred
