We are looking for a Service Desk Agent who wants to learn and transform their career.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will attend all incidents reported by users, record calls from the helpline, and register incidents in the ticket registration platform.
* Attend on the spot the incidence of the user reporting problems with workstation computer equipment.
* Direct each incident (ticket) to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention.
* Advise users seeking support in processes not related to workstation problems.
* Receive and document service failures reported by users regarding the attention of the different troubleshooting group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The candidate should have intermediate English skills and advanced Spanish skills.
