* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for Office 365, Teams Telephony, On-Premise Active Directory, On-Premise Exchange, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Public DNS, and Sectigo SSL Certificate-related Infrastructure.
* Collaborate on short-term projects with internal/external stakeholders.
* Be available for on-call support outside regular working hours to align with our global operations model.
* Support UC Leads/L3 and senior leads in executing and implementing BAU activities and other tasks as required.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in IT
* A minimum of 4 years of experience
