ServiceNow Analytics Lead
This role leads the strategy for ServiceNow reporting and analytics to drive data visibility and operational performance insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning governance across all modules, defining KPIs, and standardizing reporting cadence.
* Own ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance
* Define and standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks
* Design and build dashboards in Performance Analytics and Reporting tools
* Deliver real-time service and performance insights through executive and operational dashboards
* Collaborate with business owners to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks
* Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across platforms
* Measure and communicate platform adoption, automation gains, and productivity improvements
