Project Lead Job
We're seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive our software development projects forward.
* Assume leadership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
* Utilize Agile methodologies to plan sprints, coordinate teams, and facilitate meetings.
* 4-7 years of experience in project leadership and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.
* Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Strong technical foundation with the ability to comprehend complex product requirements.
* Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent.
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
* Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zones.
* Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
* Prior exposure to technical writing and documentation best practices.
