THE POSITION - Remote Based in South America - Contractor - 12 months contract
Motivforce brings together a dedicated, award-winning team of highly experienced specialists in creative loyalty marketing, behavioural motivation and enablement research, and incentive travel and event production around the world. Motivforce fosters innovation and is looking for more developer talents to join the team. This position will be working from home and you will ideally based in Europe.
The main focus of this position will be:
Looking for an experienced full-stack developer for an initial 12-month contract which may have the opportunity to extend further. You will work with a international team for this project. This contract includes multiple sub-projects. Must be experienced with C# .Net Core 3.1, AWS, Azure, C# .Net Framework, Angular CLI, HTML, Javascript, CSS.
The role
* Development of new innovations that will continue to ensure the Motivforce Loyalty platform is leading edge technology in the loyalty, gamification and e-learning industry
* Develop Web Applications and API functionality
* Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
* Perform Technical Analysis and Testing
* Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
* Maintain code integrity and organisation
* Work with graphic designers to convert designs to visual elements
* Implementation of data security and data protection processes
* Support existing Loyalty Programs
* UI, UX, interactivity design experience a huge plus
* Experience in making architectural recommendations (wireframes will be provided)
* JIRA knowledge
Required Experience
To be a best fit for this project a knowledge of the following technologies is required:
Front-End
· Angular CLI versions 11+
· Web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript and CSS
· Typescript
· SASS
· Front-end (CSS) frameworks: Material Design & Bootstrap
· CMS Experience
Back-End
· C# .NET Core
· Server-side languages like TypeScript with NodeJS
· Database technologies like MS SQL Server
· AWS
· API design and development
· RESTful Services
Ideally, you will:
* Knowledge of the Loyalty Marketing industry
* Have the ability to communicate in English fluently
* Dedicated to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
* Have exceptional attention to detail
* Have a positive attitude and be a team player
* Be very self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic and comfortable working remotely and have a suitable working environment at home.
* Have experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Have excellent time management and meet deadlines
* Be creative and have a fun-loving outlook
* Have achieved a BA/BS degree (computer science)
