About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as a Delivery Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with drivers and shippers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
* Maintain accurate records of delivery routes and client information
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery operations
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English
* Able to work based on Eastern US time zone (EST)
* Experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management
