Position: Training Coordinator
We are looking for our next training operations coordinator who will be part of the Operations team and support Niit's customers in Frankfurt.
This role involves delivering outstanding service and working closely with the customer's learning delivery team. The key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, determining the number of sessions needed, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team, supporting completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required, and ensuring learner support level 2.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, high-level understanding of the training landscape, customer service-oriented posture, team player attitude, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities, knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM, knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
