Role Summary

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing go-to support for assigned relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

* To develop a positive rapport with the client(s) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
">
* To evaluate client's business requirements, estimate effort, and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
">
* To convert client's business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
">
* To identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk and maintain knowledge of client functionality and environment.
">
* To assist with documents and maintenance to the clients' system environments by keeping records of client documentation.
">
* To participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
">
* To execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
">
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
">
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
">
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design and technical presentation.
">
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening and writing.
">
