Responsibilities
* Conduct user audits on the company's risk control platform
* Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
* Continually learn about the platform's rules and enhance personal and professional skills
* Keep abreast of external competitors' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations
Requirements
* At least 1 year of working experience in risk control/transaction monitoring/customer support
* Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
* Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
* Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
* Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
* Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Brazil Time)
