We’re partnering with a high-growth, investment-backed SaaS company operating in the life sciences sector to hire a Head of Product. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving product strategy, scaling revenue, and transforming the product function into a commercially focused, product-led organization. The role will oversee growth, innovation, and product direction as the company scales toward $100M+ ARR.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute a clear product strategy across a growing SaaS platform
* Align roadmap to business objectives and revenue growth targets
* Drive ARR growth through product initiatives and innovation
* Own pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategy
* Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve adoption, expansion, and retention
* Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers
* Evolve the organization from delivery-focused execution to a product-led, outcome-driven culture
* Implement best practices across discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap execution
* Embed AI and data-driven capabilities into the product strategy
* Identify opportunities for automation, insight generation, and new revenue streams
* Support platform modernization, including cloud-based SaaS architecture
* Partner with Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams
* Align stakeholders around shared growth objectives
* Operate at executive level to influence decision-making and prioritisation
* Identify and validate new market opportunities
* Launch new products, features, or business lines
* Build strong business cases and drive execution
* Lead product within a fast-scaling SaaS business
Qualifications
* 10+ years in Product Management, including leadership roles
* Proven track record scaling SaaS products in high-growth environments
* Experience supporting growth from ~$25M–$50M ARR to $100M+
* Strong experience in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech, regulated SaaS);
Healthcare SaaS also considered
* Demonstrated ownership of pricing, packaging, or monetisation strategy
* Strong product strategy, product‑market fit, and customer insight capabilities
* Experience working with AI, data platforms, or cloud-based products
* Proven ability to build, scale, and transform product teams
* Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Direct impact on revenue growth and company trajectory
