Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Requirements & Documentation: Elicit, write, and manage functional/non-functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - System Analysis: Analyse API integrations and data flows to support smooth product development. - Process Modelling: Create BPMN/UML diagrams and support business process improvements. - Backlog Management: Structure and prioritise backlog items, manage dependencies, and track progress. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and tech teams to align product goals. - Product Insights: Support product metrics definition, success tracking, and improvement strategies. - Training & Support: Conduct internal sessions to improve team understanding of product logic. Requirements: - Experience: 3 years in business/system analysis, preferably in Fintech or Payments. - Domain Knowledge: Experience with high-complexity systems and API-based products. - Tooling: Confident in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar. - Tech Understanding: Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile, and system design principles. - Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
