**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Requirements & Documentation**: Elicit, write, and manage functional/non-functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- ** System Analysis**: Analyse API integrations and data flows to support smooth product development.
- ** Process Modelling**: Create BPMN/UML diagrams and support business process improvements.
- ** Backlog Management**: Structure and prioritise backlog items, manage dependencies, and track progress.
- ** Cross-Team Collaboration**: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and tech teams to align product goals.
- ** Product Insights**: Support product metrics definition, success tracking, and improvement strategies.
- ** Training & Support**: Conduct internal sessions to improve team understanding of product logic.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: 3+ years in business/system analysis, preferably in **Fintech** or **Payments**.
- ** Domain Knowledge**: Experience with high-complexity systems and API-based products.
- ** Tooling**: Confident in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar.
- ** Tech Understanding**: Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile, and system design principles.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
