Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
* In charge of existing clients within an assigned territory, developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory through effective networking and relationship-building strategies.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
