Job Role Overview
This position combines client liaison, data-driven performance management, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for each clinic client, providing clear updates on campaign performance and next steps.
2. Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensuring tracking and campaigns are properly configured.
3. Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Review ad and funnel performance daily, identifying drops or issues early and suggesting actionable fixes.
