What You Will Do:
1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to develop long-term partnerships.
2. Evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients towards utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
3. Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally for sign-off.
4. Gather and maintain knowledge on identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
5. Maintain accurate records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation for senior review and feedback.
6. Collaborate with Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure smooth release management and client operations.
7. Participate in simple project/development work plans and adapt them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English language skills
