Client Growth Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Growth Specialist with a background in the travel industry, to drive business expansion through strategic account management.
About the Role
* In charge of existing clients within the assigned territory. Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets, foster client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory. Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.

o Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
o Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
o Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.
