Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth across Latin America by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, developing country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
You will collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
Achieving quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene is also a critical aspect of this role.
You will represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events, providing technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g. ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA) is essential for success in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the nutraceutical industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
