Datacenter Project ManagerDatacenter People is working with one of the leading data center commissioning and quality services firms in the world. Our client is a global professional services firm supporting the delivery of mission critical and data centre infrastructure projects. Acting as an owner’s representative, they provide commissioning management, project oversight and technical advisory services across complex developments.Due to continued growth in Brazil, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commissioning delivery across multiple data center projects.Lead the delivery of commissioning projects across mission critical data center environments.Manage project delivery across commissioning levels L1–L5, overseeing client relationships, project teams and financial performance.Act as the Competent Person for project safety, ensuring JHAs, toolbox talks and site safety requirements are completed.Manage project schedules, resources and budgets using internal project management and planning systems.Forecast resource requirements, manage billing projections and monitor project expenses.Identify scope changes and manage the change order process with clients.Coordinate commissioning teams including engineers, contractors, vendors and client representatives.Support commissioning activities including design reviews, testing procedures, integrated systems testing (IST) and final commissioning documentation.Project Manager – Cybersecurity / IT ServicesThe Project Manager in our cybersecurity/IT services division will lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects.Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Lead cross‑functional teams and maintain team motivation and productivity.Control budgets, manage risks, and maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards.Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.Ensure deliverables meet quality and security standards and oversee documentation and sign‑offs.Conduct post‑project support and continuous improvement activities.Required qualifications and skills:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.Proven ability to manage complex IT or security projects using Waterfall and Agile.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Trello.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA).Experience with cloud computing, digital transformation, or AI‑driven solutions.Agile/Scrum or DevOps/DevSecOps certifications.Experience requirements:7+ years in project management within IT or cybersecurity, including multiple full project lifecycles.Leadership experience in cross‑functional or matrixed teams.Senior Project Manager – PMORoles and responsibilities:Assist in diverse projects within the PMO, focusing on applications and infrastructure.Lead as a communicator and stakeholder liaison.Support waterfall and iterative projects.Leverage PMP methodology and strong process acumen.Must have:Strong project management skills.Experience with ERP, application, and infrastructure projects.Ability to engage stakeholders and manage budgets.Leadership of cross‑functional teams.Technical Project Manager – AI PortfolioResponsibilities:Manage intake and prioritization of AI use cases.Drive portfolio‑level decisions and follow‑ups across multiple AI programs.Identify interdependencies, risks, and capacity constraints.Maintain tracking of portfolio actions, statuses, risks, and goals.Track KPIs and produce executive‑ready reporting.Guide projects to align with regulatory, validation, security, and data governance requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline.5+ years in technical project or portfolio management.Experience building portfolio reporting and dashboards.Proven track record of on‑time, in‑budget delivery.Collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Compliance‑focused mindset.Familiarity with GxP, validation, or regulated environments.Benefits & Equal Opportunity StatementHealth insurance.Life insurance.International experience opportunity.Reimbursement of certifications.Free learning portal.Tata Consultancy Services is an equal opportunity employer.
