Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and monitoring the development of projects.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business team and developers, ensuring that project goals are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and analytical skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer (Senior level)
* Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
* Desirable: Python, SFTP, geospatial data
* Experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks
* SCRUM methodology
* Technical background in IT/Development (programming logic)
* Experience in IT project management
* Good communication and requirements interpretation
