OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry at Nexer Telescope. Role involves finding engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and supporting them through relocation and onboarding.Important context: Sweden has a high demand for skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 needed by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will work with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits and opportunities of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with candidates to support relocation decisions.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management to coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).Plan and execute recruitment activities in coordination with colleagues across multiple countries.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in IT or similar technical field documented in CV.Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible, solution-focused mindset.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, motivated and capable of maintaining a positive attitude with candidates and clients.Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Start date: ASAP.Employment detailsFull time.Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid national holidays with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: ******.
