Job Description:
As an SAP Technical Cutover Manager, you will lead and coordinate end-to-end SAP technical activities with cross-functional teams to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live with localization and deployment.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life cycle of the project.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
