Strategic Business Development Leader
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide strategic services to companies within the software industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain meaningful connections with key decision-makers.
The role requires a deep understanding of the software industry, including market trends and player dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships that drive value for our organization, through M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives.
* Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through CRM systems and create market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals.
* Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as establishing new connections and other measurable sourcing KPIs.
* Collaborate with leadership to qualify M&A opportunities efficiently.
* Ensure accurate allocation of lead database within portfolio verticals.
* Effectively qualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel to maintain focus on high-value prospects.
