We are looking for a remote, skilledSenior Front-End Engineerwith 5+ years of experience in React.js to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping ideas and user feedback into delightful experiences, developing and implementing user interface components into the latest React.js concepts and workflows, and leading the engineering efforts for user-facing features.
You will work with our product and user experience teams to deliver end-to-end features that deliver business value that users love.
This project has a 6-month duration with a possibility for long-term engagement.

As a result, compliance becomes habitual, simple to understand and implement, and continuously verifiable, allowing businesses to gain transparency into their compliance status.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the User Experience and Product teams to create end-to-end designs for new features
Take ownership of product features from design, implementation, and delivery, to post-delivery feedback and follow-up work
Coordinate development efforts across team members and ensure successful delivery
Architect, develop, and implement highly-responsive user interface components using JavaScript and React.js
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Troubleshoot interfaces and debug applications
Monitor and improve end-to-end performance
Communicate with and support our customers, and help find and build solutions to their problems
RequiredExperience
Excellent English communication skills
5+ years of experience as a front-end engineer writing single-page applications that communicate with API back-ends, and knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing software
A well-developed understanding of frontend concepts and various frameworks
A focus on delivering value to customers
Great listening skills and a willingness to understand what your customers and team members need to be successful
A collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentlessness in pursuing goals and solving problems
A willingness to learn from others and admit when you've made a mistake
