About the Job
Assume responsibility for leading end-to-end SAP technical activities, coordinating with K-C leadership and guiding project team efforts to successfully deploy a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution.
* Providing guidance and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
* Ensuring adherence to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
You will also track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, preferably in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with prior projects that involved a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA, familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
