You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency. How you will contribute You will: Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. Position Objective: Ensure the coordinated execution of priority projects within the commercial area, connecting strategy, technical teams, and sales operations to accelerate impactful business deliveries, while maintaining alignment with the company's long-term vision. This position acts as a facilitator for the prioritization, governance, and monitoring of strategic sales projects, ensuring clear decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and a focus on value generation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate strategic initiatives within the Commercial area, ensuring alignment between business, sales, and partner areas. Guarantee visibility of the Sales strategic roadmap and monitor the execution of key initiatives, providing clarity on the status, risks, impacts, and next steps of priority initiatives. Responsible for project prioritization based on business impact, feasibility, and adherence to the area's long-term vision. Act as a focal point between commercial teams and technical/functional areas to unblock dependencies and accelerate deliveries. Structure governance forums, executive monitoring, and decision-making processes. Connect tactical initiatives to the organization's strategic priorities. Monitor execution and adoption indicators of implemented initiatives. Strategy and Prioritization: Translate the commercial area's strategic priorities into clear execution plans. Support the definition and continuous review of the priority initiative pipeline. Ensure that projects are connected to commercial growth, efficiency, and transformation objectives.
