We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team in a collaborative environment where you can learn and grow. As a Field Support Engineer CCNA, you will be responsible for supporting the service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).
">
Your key responsibilities will include:
 1. Performing operation, configuration, and support activities for services components of the Citrix Systems platform, including XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, and all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement.
 2. Ensuring the optimal performance and capacity of the network infrastructure, including local area networks (wired/wireless) with over 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.
 3. Configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family, including small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large Router L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP.
 4. Implementing firewalls Palo Alto, SASE policies/rules/group member/individual, and identifying, testing, and building cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM.
 5. Testing data communication radio & mobile access and knowledge for NSX/Virtualization network, Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication, Palo Alto VPN Server/Windows Jump Server configuration, and capacity/performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports).

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) for more than 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.
 * Cisco CCNA Certification and experience in creating/editing medium and high critical configuration scripts for new environments/troubleshooting/remediation scenario.
 * Knowledge of configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.
 * Familiarity with firewalls Palo Alto, SASE - apply policies/rules/group member/individual, and identification, testing, and built cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM.
 * Experience with data communication radio & mobile access and knowledge for NSX/Virtualization network, Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication, Palo Alto VPN Server/Windows Jump Server configuration, and capacity/performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports).
