Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist in Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in helping professors at leading universities integrate educational videos into their courses to enhance teaching outcomes and student success.
* You will conduct daily outreach to faculty members via calls, emails, and one-on-one demonstrations to set up video integrations in courses and increase product usage.
* Your goal is to grow adoption by delivering presentations at academic seminars, workshops, and exhibits to promote product awareness across existing customer universities and research institutions.
* To achieve this, you will engage with faculty members to deliver customized content and support seamless implementation of our resources.
* You will also analyze subscription renewal outcomes and develop strategies to ensure consistent usage of our educational materials.
* In addition, you will influence product decisions by communicating valuable feedback from customers to sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is required for this position.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
* Fluent communication skills in English are essential.
* You should have knowledge of education trends, market challenges, and assigned content areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building are necessary.
* Experience in networking using cold calling is an added advantage.
