Job DescriptionSupport themes related to labor relations and unions;Act as an advisor on doubts related to legislation between the company and employees;Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal norms;Assist in structuring judicial labor defenses, documenting, and supporting representatives;Execute and review the payroll, including social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);Perform registrations and validations in the eSocial system;Control and process vacations, contract terminations, and other labor events;Ensure the fulfillment of legal deadlines and accessory obligations.RequirementsHigher education in Administration, Law, HR Management, or related fields;Solid experience in personnel department routines with a focus on labor relations and payroll;Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and social security norms;Proficiency in eSocial and accessory obligations;Negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office package.DifferentiatorsExperience in accounting companies and/or service providers for mining;Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS, ADP, Domínio, Senior, Protheus, Nydus, etc.).
