If you enjoy working closely with engineers, making product decisions based on real user feedback, and seeing your work ship quickly—this role gives you space to do exactly that.You’ll:Talk directly with users and support staff to understand how the product fits into their day-to-day work.Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity layouts using Figma, adapting to both web and mobile needs.Build and maintain a lightweight component library to ensure visual consistency and design speed.Collaborate with engineers throughout development—checking builds, resolving edge cases, and adjusting when needed.Run quick usability checks and interpret support data to refine features.Ensure designs meet basic accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and work well across screen sizes.You Bring7+ years of experience designing software products, preferably SaaS or workflow-heavy tools.A portfolio that shows you’ve taken features from concept to release—and improved them based on user feedback.Strength in both UX thinking and UI execution—you can zoom out and in.Fluent communication in English (written and spoken), especially in async and remote setups.A mindset that favors clarity and iteration over polish for polish’s sake.Bonus PointsExperience in industries like property tech, construction, logistics, or inspections or any relevant industry.Comfort designing for mobile and offline-first experiences.Prior work on internal or external-facing component systems.Interest in layering in lightweight AI features to speed up repetitive workflows.What’s OfferedFully remote role with flexible hours and PTO.Competitive monthly USD compensation, flexible based on experience and fit.
