Job Title: Technical Support Consultant L3
We are seeking a professional to deliver exceptional technical support services. This role involves working remotely as a full-time employee, ensuring our client's software meets world-class standards.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in software support, with strong English verbal and written skills. A basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to triage and manage a support queue are also required.
The responsibilities include delivering Level 3 customer support, resolving complex technical issues, and driving escalations to resolution. Additionally, building cross-application knowledge among core application modules and pushing the software to its limits to ensure it remains efficient and best-in-class is essential.
The desired candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with experience creating manuals, training documentation, and interactive training materials for software applications. Knowledge of oil and gas revenue accounting, gas processing, crude/gas/NGL transportation, or related fields is also desirable.
