Job Description: This role involves promoting and selling Johnson & Johnson’s neuroscience products within Northeast Indiana. The successful candidate will develop business plans, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive sales in their territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer-Specific Selling: Implement tailored pre- and post-call approaches that meet practitioners' and institutions' needs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
2. Value Proposition Communication: Use approved clinical studies and marketing tools to communicate the value of neuroscience products effectively, aligning messages with practitioner and institutional goals.
3. Business Plan Development & Execution: Create and execute a comprehensive business plan for the territory, identifying opportunities and challenges.
4. Territory Coverage: Develop a plan to maximize selling time with key accounts, adjusting schedules to increase stakeholder access.
5. Contract Implementation: Influence contract processes within institutions to maximize product value and ensure adherence to terms.
6. Payer Access & Affordability: Understand reimbursement and coverage landscapes to improve product accessibility.
7. Integrated Business Planning: Develop strategies aligning with district, regional, and company goals, leveraging resources effectively.
8. Business Analytics: Analyze data to identify opportunities, monitor plan effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize sales and mitigate competition.
