 
        
        Responsibilities:
 * Responsible for developing the ESS(Energy Storage System)market, identifying and executing relevant projects;
 * Analyze market trends and customer needs, formulating sales strategies and plans based on market conditions;
 * Manage overseas order negotiations, contracting, and execution to ensure sales targets are achieved;
 * Lead quotations at each stage of projects based on competitor quotations, industry raw material cost and company pricing strategies;
 * Coordinate company's internal production resources to ensure smooth delivery of products and service quality;
 * Maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers, conduct regular communication, collect market/customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies promptly.
 * Provide expert product knowledge and consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence.
 * Attend international exhibitions to promote company branding and products.
Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years related business development or sales experience in new energy industry;
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English&Chinese;
 * Be motivated and logically organized, proficient negotiation and teamwork skills;
 * Adapt to frequent travel, and perform well under pressure.
