Your key responsibilities
* UX Strategy: Define and lead the UX vision across projects, ensuring products are user-centred, accessible and scalable.
* UX/UI Design: Own the delivery of excellent user experiences and workflows from initial sketch through to implementation.
* Develop high quality wireframes, prototypes and visual designs that reflect TKE’s brand identity and enhance usefulness and usability of our products.
* User Research: Plan, design and execute user research, usability testing and data analysis to understand user’s needs, preferences and behaviours.
* Insights and Strategy: Analyse and interpret insights into compelling frameworks, workflows and ideas that inform design and architecture decisions.
* Design Systems: Consistently apply and contribute to the evolution of TKE’s design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
* Collaboration: Partner with other designers, product managers and engineers to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business priorities.
* Thought Leadership: Guide and support other designers and engage with product owners to foster best practices in UX and UI.
* Innovation: Stay current of design trends, tools and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
* Stakeholder Management: Be a pragmatic hands‑on advocate for the voice of the user in the development process working closely with business leaders and development teams.
Who we are looking for
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating strong digital product design in complex organizations.
* Batchelor’s degree minimum in Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design or related field.
* Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or InVision.
* Solid understanding of user‑centred design principles, accessibility standards and responsive design.
* Strong experience of designing and conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights.
* Hands‑on – can do attitude.
* Experience with design systems and component libraries.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to advocate for the user and influence stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional product teams using Azure Dev Ops and Jira.
* Fluent, business level English.
