Senior User Experience Designer
We are seeking a senior user experience designer to lead the design of our software products.
* Develop and execute end-to-end user experience strategies, from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex software applications, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
The ideal candidate is a seasoned user experience designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products, and experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders in the software industry.
