About You
* Versatile and hands-on doer, starter attitude

* Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally
* Experience working with non-tech colleagues
* Address complex refactoring challenges in legacy PHP systems
* Debug and repair broken or overly buggy code
* Contribute to code reviews, QA, and an Agile development process
* Participate in architectural planning and technical roadmapping
Must Have:
* 3+ years building full-stack applications with PHP backend
* English Fluency
* Experience writing front-end JavaScript
* Experience with SQL
* API development expertise
* Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
* Growth-oriented approach
Nice to Have:
* Modern PHP framework knowledge such as Laravel
* Component-based JS framework experience
* Cloud deployments experience
* Test automation experience
* Microservices development experience
* Educational software or SaaS platforms expertise
* Data integration expertise
