About the Role
We're looking for Sales Representatives who want a flexible, remote opportunity to help talented people find great jobs — and get paid extremely well for it.
This is not a typical "marketing" or "recruiting" job.
Your role is simple:
Share Refer with people who qualify
When they join and get accepted — you earn
If they get hired — you earn big
That's it.
Compensation (Commission Only)
You earn:
* $50 for every qualified user you bring who signs up
* $1,000 if they get hired or make a hire through Refer
There is no limit to how much you can earn.
Some ambassadors make a few hundred dollars per week.
Some make thousands.

* Post about Refer in relevant online communities
* Invite top talent and hiring managers to join
* Use your unique invitation link to track earnings
* Help us grow the strongest talent network in the country
We'll provide:

* Guidance on where to promote
* Best practices to maximize your earnings
