A senior internal talent advisor serves as a strategic liaison between our client and partner organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing settings.
The role requires acting as the primary point of contact between our client and partner, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational data and identifying trends, and presenting insights and updates to both internal and client-side leadership.
