Job Title: Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant
This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.
* Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
* Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
* Provide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
* Prepare and review functional specifications for developments and interfaces.
* Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharing.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control.
* Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO consultant.
* Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
* Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA finance.
* Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
